Read Clarendon County Dockets
Read docket entries from oldest to newest. A charge, claim, or motion near the top of the record may not be the current status. Later entries may show an amended charge, reduced charge, continued hearing, dismissal, judgment, plea, sentence, or appeal. A disposition is the result of a charge or case. A judgment is the final or enforceable court decision in a civil matter. A continuance means a hearing or trial was postponed.

Manning and Summerton Municipal Court dockets may matter when the court named on a ticket or summons is a city court rather than the county magistrate.
